Liquid conformal coating, parylene coating and plasma cleaning for circuit boards and electronic components, alongside programming, testing and tape and reel from one supplier.
Submit your details to connect with our team.
Coating protects electronics from moisture, dust, chemicals and contamination. The right choice depends on the assembly, the environment and the specification you work to, so we start by asking what has to be protected and what has to stay uncoated.
Cleaning, masking, coating, de-masking and inspection, applied by spray, dip, hand or gel to the coating you specify.
A thin, uniform coating formed from vapour with no liquid phase, for assemblies and components that need an even barrier.
Surface treatment before coating, for materials that are hard to coat with conventional cleaning alone.
Connectors, test points and programming headers are masked before coating, and the masking is removed afterwards.
Inspection after coating, with a certificate of conformity if you require one.
Programming, testing, dry packing and tape and reel are available from the same supplier, so you manage one relationship for the whole route.
Five steps from your enquiry to coated product.
Tell us what you are coating, the coating type or specification, the quantity and any areas that must stay uncoated.
We confirm the process, advise on the coating if you are unsure, and send a quote.
Parts are cleaned and masked, with plasma treatment first where the material needs it, and then coated.
Masking is removed and each job is inspected, with a certificate of conformity if required.
Coated product goes back to you, or on to programming, testing, dry packing or tape and reel.

Plain answers to the questions buyers ask before they specify a coating.
Short answers to what buyers usually ask first.
A thin protective layer applied to a circuit board or component so it resists moisture, dust, chemicals and contamination. It follows the shape of the assembly, which is why it is called conformal.
Liquid coatings are applied by spray, dip, hand or gel and suit most circuit boards. Parylene forms from vapour at room temperature, so it coats edges and tight gaps in a thin, even layer without runs or pooling. Because parylene resists solvents, it is harder to strip for rework than most liquid coatings. Tell us the operating environment and your specification and we will advise on which fits.
Not always. Plasma treatment helps with materials that coatings struggle to stick to using conventional cleaning alone. If you are unsure, send us the material and the coating you plan to use.
Yes. The usual order is to programme and test first, then mask any programming points and coat. We can advise on the order for your product.
Anything that must stay uncoated, typically connectors, switches, test points and programming headers. Tell us the keep-out areas when you ask for a quote and we will mask them before coating and remove the masking afterwards.
A description of the assembly or part, the coating type or specification, the quantity, any areas that must stay uncoated, and whether you need a certificate of conformity.
Send us the assembly or part, the coating specification and the quantity, and we will confirm the process and a quote.
