The standards behind our work

Systemation Euro operates a written quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015. These certifications and standards apply across our device programming, taping and reeling and component conversion services, and underpin our counterfeit and authenticity testing and OEM project support work.

Our company quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, audited and accredited by UKAS.

EIA-481-D

Embossed carrier taping from 8mm through 200mm and punched carrier taping at 8mm and 12mm, for automatic handling of surface mount components.

J-STD-033A

Handling, packing, shipping and use of moisture and reflow sensitive surface mount devices.

JESD625-A and IEC 61340-5-1

Requirements for handling electrostatic discharge sensitive devices, and general requirements for protecting electronic devices from electrostatic phenomena.

EIA-556-B

The outer shipping container label standard, so labels on shipments follow a recognised format.

ISO 14001 and ISO 27001

Compliant with ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 27001 information security management requirements.

We confirm the details, turnaround and the handling requirements that apply.

The work is carried out under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with moisture and ESD handling to the standards above.

Parts are returned in the format you need, packed and labelled to the relevant standard.

Is Systemation Euro ISO 9001 certified?

Yes. Our company quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, audited and accredited by UKAS.

Do you hold AS9100, JOSCAR or ITAR accreditation?

Not currently. We are working towards AS9100 Rev D, JOSCAR (Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) and ITAR compliance.

Which standard do you tape and reel to?

We work to EIA-481-D for embossed carrier taping from 8mm through 200mm and punched carrier taping at 8mm and 12mm.

How do you handle moisture sensitive devices?

We follow J-STD-033A for the handling, packing, shipping and use of moisture and reflow sensitive surface mount devices. See our dry packing service for more.

How do you protect components from electrostatic discharge?

We work to JESD625-A and IEC 61340-5-1 for handling electrostatic discharge sensitive devices.
